Blood supplies are often in constant shortage, yet the demand for blood continues to increase. Your lifesaving donation helps to ensure that a source of blood supply will be there for those who need it, when they need it.

San Antonio Community Hospital offers monthly blood drives, alternating between the hospital campus and Rancho San Antonio Medical Plaza in Rancho Cucamonga. We have participated in community blood replacement programs for over 20 years. Since 1979, more than 54,000 units of blood have been donated at hospital-sponsored blood drives. With your help, our blood drives have enabled us to replace over 80% of the blood used by our patients.

The outstanding response from concerned individuals who want to give the gift of life to people in our community has helped us through many critical blood shortages that would otherwise have required area hospitals to cancel medical procedures
