Beginning in 2008, through 2013, the campus of San Antonio Community Hospital will be the site of new construction.

As you can imagine, capital building projects at a non-profit hospital are dependent upon the support of the community. San Antonio Community Hospital receives no federal, state, or local taxes and must be fully self-sustaining.

You might choose to a designate a gift to our building fund.  Naming opportunities range from $5 million to name the new tower, to as little as $25,000 to name a room for you or your family. However, gifts of any size will be greatly appreciated.

In the planning stage now is a new entrance and lobby to the existing hospital. That project is anticipated to take 14 months to build. As soon as the new lobby and entrance are ready for use, it is our plan to begin construction of a much needed new emergency department and hospital tower.
