If you would like a copy of your X-rays, please contact our Health Information Management (Medical Records) Department at 909.920.4750. X-rays are considered part of the patient’s private medical record. To obtain a copy of your X-rays you must go to Health Information Management instead of the hospital department that took the X-rays.
