Welcome to the ICIS Information Center
San Antonio Community Hospital converted to an electronic medical record (EMR) system in October, 2009. All patient records are recorded through ICIS. Physicians will log into ICIS to view their patients' charts.All physicians must have ICIS access, whether you use the system at the hospital or at your office. You need to obtain a sign-on code and password from Health Information Management. At that time, you will receive a brief overview of the system and will need to either (a) sign up for a 4-hour training session at a specified date or (b) elect to receive a self-training CD.
After completion of training and successfully passing a short quiz, you will have full access to ICIS.
