The purpose of joining a group is to provide the mechanism for fostering emotional support, building positive attitudes, enhancing the ability to deal and cope with health issues in a constructive way, and the promotion of healthy lifestyles. Parent Talk
| Parent Talk is an informal discussion/support group for families of children and young adults with special needs. This program is available to the public, as well as children born at San Antonio Community Hospital. | This support group is for patients and their families and provides a comfortable environment to learn how to manage diabetes through diet and medication. This support group is presented in English and in Spanish. | |

Look Good Feel Better
| The American Cancer Society, in partnership with the Cosmetic, Toiletry, and Fragrance Association, will focus on personal appearance for women undergoing cancer treatment. A free make-up kit is provided. This class will focus on all the ways you can look good and feel your best during your cancer journey – wigs, hats, scarves, make-up, clothing, skin and nail changes, nutrition, exercise, coping tips, etc. | |
